Salesforce Developer - Marketing Cloud & CDP

We are seeking highly skilled and certified Salesforce Developers (Marketing Cloud & CDP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud (CDP), and integration capabilities, along with a proven ability to deliver scalable marketing automation and customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.

- Build and manage customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation workflows.

- Integrate Salesforce CDP with other enterprise applications and external data sources.

- Develop custom solutions leveraging AMPscript, SQL, and automation tools within SFMC.

- Ensure seamless data management, cleansing, and enrichment to improve campaign targeting.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Optimize campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

- Maintain proper documentation, coding standards, and best practices for long-term scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education : Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Core Expertise :

- Must have experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).

- Certification in Data Cloud/CDP is mandatory.

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, and Data

Extensions.

- Knowledge of data modeling, segmentation, identity resolution, and consent management.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development practices.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.

- Experience with Einstein for Marketing Cloud, personalization, and analytics.
