Key Responsibilities :

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the full development lifecycle of Salesforce applications, including :

Development & Implementation :


- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions utilizing the full suite of Salesforce tools.

- Develop custom applications and components using Lightning Web Components (LWC), ensuring modern and responsive user interfaces.

- Write robust, efficient, and well-documented backend logic using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs, and test coverage).

Integration & Data Management :


- Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing Automation) using various techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware).

- Manage and execute data migrations and data quality initiatives.

Configuration & Customization :


- Utilize standard Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules, Approval Processes) to meet business requirements where code is not necessary.

- Maintain and customize Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, etc.) as required.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance :


- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and Quality Assurance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and application architecture principles in all development activities.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers, ensuring code quality and performance optimization.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 5+ Years of professional experience in Salesforce/SFDC development.

- Expert-level proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) for building highly performant and reusable UI components.

- Strong expertise in Apex development, including asynchronous processing and bulk operations.

- Mandatory experience in Salesforce Integration, covering inbound and outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits, best practices, and standard coding patterns.

- Experience with deployment tools and methodologies (e.g., Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines).

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is highly preferred
