Salesforce Developer - LWC & Apex

Job Description :

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer (1- 3 years experience) to work on building and enhancing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. The role is ideal for someone with strong Salesforce fundamentals who wants to grow in platform development and modern integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, and Flows

- Build UI components using JavaScript and Lightning Web Components

- Write and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries

- Develop and maintain Apex Triggers following best practices

- Assist in implementing REST/SOAP API integrations

- Support data migration and ETL activities

- Write Apex test classes and support deployments

- Work in an Agile development environment

- Use version control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Bitbucket

Required Skills & Experience :

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development

- Strong knowledge of :

1. Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript

2. Salesforce Objects, Fields, Relationships

3. SOQL / SOSL

- Basic understanding of Salesforce Security Model :

1. Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, OWD

- Understanding of Apex Triggers (before & after)

- Familiarity with REST / SOAP APIs

- Awareness of Salesforce declarative tools vs programmatic approach

- Experience with Git and basic CI/CD concepts

- Knowledge of at least one programming language : Java / Python / C++

- Good understanding of data structures and problem-solving

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Platform Events

- Experience with ETL tools or data migration

- Salesforce Certification (Platform Developer I)

- Fintech or Banking domain exposure

Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
