We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC)

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and high-performance Salesforce applications The role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, front-end and back-end technologies, and business process automation

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Design and build modern, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces within the Salesforce ecosystem

- Write efficient and optimized Apex code to implement backend business logic

- Use SOQL to query and manage Salesforce data effectively

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs

- Customize and automate business processes using Flows and Workflows

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver business requirements

- Perform debugging, testing, and performance tuning of Salesforce applications

- Ensure applications are optimized for maximum speed and scalability

- Maintain proper documentation for all development work and processes

- Follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies

- Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to organizational standards

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS

- Strong knowledge of Apex programming language

- Experience with SOQL for querying Salesforce data

- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, including objects and relationships

- Knowledge of Salesforce security concepts such as roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules

- Experience working with REST and SOAP integrations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Good communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
