Key Responsibilities :

- Work on bug fixes, enhancements, and development of new Salesforce modules

- Perform root cause analysis and provide short-term and long-term technical fixes

- Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Aura Components

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and performance optimization

- Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications

Required Skills :

- Secondary Skills : Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura Components

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security concepts

- Experience in integrations, workflows, and automation (Flows, Triggers)

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
