Salesforce Developer - Lightning Component Framework

Role : Salesforce Developer | Hyderabad (WFO)

Location : Hyderabad (Work From Office Day 1)

Shift : 2 : 30 PM 11 : 30 PM

Experience : 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and automations

- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware

- Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and data integrity

- Collaborate with Admins, QA, and business teams for end-to-end delivery

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and design discussions

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

- Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices

What Were Looking For :

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

- Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, and Lightning Platform tools

- Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud

- Exposure to Salesforce integrations with third-party systems

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, Copado/Gearset

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model & data architecture

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
