Salesforce Developer II - Sales Cloud

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions tailored to business needs.

- Work extensively with Salesforce CPQ (and preferably Logik.io, Services CPQ, or other configure-to-quote solutions).

- Build and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose effective technical designs.

- Manage deployments using tools like Flosum or Prodly and support environment configuration.

- Develop and maintain automation, custom workflows, and approval processes.

- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.

- Ensure all solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security, and performance guidelines.

- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and continuously enhance skills through certifications and learning.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud development.

- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).

- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and declarative platform features.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and connected apps.

- Sound understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.

- Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certifications preferred.

- Proven experience working with GTM/Sales teams in mid-to-large technology organizations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with tools like Logik.io, Services CPQ, Tackle, Flosum, Prodly, Spiff, or OmniStudio.

- Experience supporting Certinia (FinancialForce) applications.

- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect).

- Previous experience mentoring team members or leading small development teams.
