About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant / Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, with a specialization in Consumer Goods Cloud. This role involves designing, configuring, and delivering scalable solutions tailored to the needs of consumer goods organizations, with a focus on retail execution, field sales productivity, and omnichannel customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Implementation :

- Architect, configure, and customize Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Leverage Salesforce best practices to implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate functional and technical requirements.

- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.

Customization & Development :

- Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and OmniStudio.

- Build and optimize retail execution features, including :

- Visit Planning & Scheduling

- Order Capture & Processing

- Trade Promotion Management

- Store Audits & Surveys

- Implement and configure dashboards, reports, and KPIs for actionable insights.

Integration & Data Management :

- Design and implement integration solutions with third-party applications and external systems using APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware platforms.

- Ensure high-quality data migration, synchronization, and integrity across Salesforce and connected systems.

Support & Enhancements :

- Provide ongoing system administration, troubleshooting, and user support.

- Drive enhancements to improve usability, automation, and performance of Salesforce applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Salesforce Expertise :

- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including 2+ years working on Consumer Goods Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities.

- Expertise in retail execution processes, trade promotions, field sales workflows, and consumer goods business models.

Technical Proficiency :

- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and OmniStudio.

- Hands-on experience with API integrations, middleware tools, and data modeling.

- Knowledge of Salesforce security model, governance, and DevOps best practices.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional

- Salesforce Certified Administrator

- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II

- Salesforce App Builder
