Key Responsibilities :


- Design and implement scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions aligned with industry needs.

- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, Lightning components, and integrations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Process Builders.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations and data protection standards.

- Manage and optimize care plans, patient timelines, and provider/patient communication within Health Cloud.

- Work with Salesforce Admins and Architects to ensure consistent solution architecture and development best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, conduct unit testing, and support UAT and production deployment.


Required Qualifications :


- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 6+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including Health Cloud (required)

- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community/Experience Cloud.


- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

- Experience with Health Cloud-specific features: Care Plans, Health Timelines, Utilization Management, Provider/Patient Models.


- Knowledge of healthcare data models (e.g., FHIR, HL7) is a plus.

- Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
