Job Title : Senior Salesforce Developer

Location : Remote

Experience : 5+ years

Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

- Work extensively on Salesforce Health Cloud to implement healthcare industry-specific workflows and integrations.

- Customize and configure standard and custom Salesforce objects, page layouts, record types, fields, and validation rules.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Architects, and QA for end-to-end solution delivery.

- Write and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and deployment plans.

- Mentor junior developers and review code for quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in Apex classes, triggers, and batch processing.

- Hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

- Experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud, including patient management, care coordination, and provider data models.

- Proven experience in Salesforce configuration and custom development.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.

- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

- Knowledge of integration patterns with middleware and external systems (RESTful services, etc.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.

- Should have strong communication /client facing skills.

Certifications Required :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Mandatory.

- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) Preferred/Highly Desirable.

- Omnistudio Developer Preffered.

- Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited/Consultant Nice to have.

Education :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
