Salesforce Developer - Certinia/PSA

Description :

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce PSA), especially in workflow automation and end-to-end implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of workflow automation in Certinia PSA on the Salesforce platform.

- Drive full-cycle PSA implementations including requirement gathering, solutioning, configuration, customization, and deployment.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful PSA rollout and post-go-live support.

- Automate complex business processes using Apex, Flows, Process Builder, and other Salesforce tools.

- Develop integrations with other systems as needed using Salesforce APIs.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Key Skills Required :

- 3+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform

- Expertise in Certinia PSA, with a minimum of 2-3 end-to-end implementation projects

- Strong understanding of workflow automation, Apex, Flow, Process Builder

- Solid experience in PSA configuration, customization, and deployment

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Qualification : BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (mandatory)

Good to Have :

- Certinia PSA certification (if available)

- Experience with Agile project delivery

- Domain experience in professional services or consulting verticals
