- Design, develop, and implement solutions within Salesforce and Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce) platforms.

- Customize and extend Certinia PSA modules including Project Management, Resource Management, Timecards, Billing, and Financials.

- Develop scalable components using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.

- Work with integrations between Salesforce, Certinia PSA, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Participate in requirement gathering with business stakeholders and translate them into technical designs.

- Optimize PSA configurations to improve project planning, resource allocation, and reporting.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce and Certinia best practices for development, deployment, and governance.

- Troubleshoot system issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, PMs, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

- Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment notes.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows).

- In-depth experience with Certinia PSA modules, workflows, and data model.

- Proficiency in building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.

- Good understanding of Salesforce security (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, metadata types, and deployment processes.

- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and performance optimization techniques.

- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
