Role Overview :

We are seeking highly skilled Salesforce Developers and Architects to join our growing team in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Mumbai. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical implementation, designing secure, scalable solutions that enhance user productivity.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and client leadership, to translate strategic goals into high-performance Salesforce environments. Your work will directly influence the operational success of our clients by optimizing their CRM capabilities and streamlining enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including custom applications and integrations, to meet specific client business objectives.

- Lead the design of complex data models and security architectures to ensure system integrity and performance for large-scale enterprise users.

- Collaborate with project teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality and system reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce ecosystem to minimize downtime and improve user experience.

- Manage the deployment lifecycle, including CI/CD processes, to ensure seamless updates and feature releases for our global client base.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events to connect Salesforce with external enterprise systems.

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Process Builder, and advanced security settings, to build scalable automation.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead client-facing discussions.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect).

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across our Hyderabad, Chennai, and Mumbai offices, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within project timelines.

- Candidates must possess 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture within a professional services or enterprise environment.
