Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Salesforce development, Lightning components, integrations, and platform customization while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize applications on the Salesforce platform.

- Build scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.

- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.

- Create workflows, process automation, validation rules, flows, and triggers.

- Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Ensure best practices for Salesforce security, governance, and performance optimization.

- Support production deployments and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Salesforce Development.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Apex Classes & Triggers

2. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

3. Visualforce Pages

4. SOQL & SOSL

5. Salesforce Flows & Process Builder

- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.

- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Knowledge of Salesforce DX and Copado/Jenkins.

- Experience working with third-party integrations.

- Salesforce Certifications will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Certifications :

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

- Salesforce Administrator

- Platform Developer II (Preferred)
