About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge across Salesforce clouds, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and related technologies.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices.

- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration tools.

- Develop user-friendly interfaces using LWC and Aura components.

- Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other relevant modules.

- Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, and approval processes.

- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth platform operations.

- Manage the full SDLCcoding, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-production support.

- Work closely with administrators, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

- Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and platform guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 610 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Strong expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization.

- Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc. optional).

- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DevOps Center).

- Working knowledge of Flow Builder and declarative automation tools.

- Familiarity with Lightning Design System (SLDS).

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, or Administrator are a plus.
