Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Description : Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex classes, Apex triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.

- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, flows, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.

- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to team members.

- Ensure best practices are followed in coding standards, deployment processes, and data security.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.

- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations.

- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and automation tools.

- Experience working with Salesforce APIs and integrating Salesforce with other systems.

- Familiarity with the Salesforce AppExchange, managed packages, and third-party integrations.

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) is a plus.

Salesforce Developer certifications such as :

- Platform Developer I (required/preferred)

- Platform Developer II (optional but a strong advantage)
