Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Description :

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Developer with 3 years of experience to design, build, and customize Salesforce applications.

You will work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions while staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

- Translate business requirements into well-structured technical specifications.

- Provide detailed Level-of-Effort (LOE) estimates for proposed solutions.

- Develop, design, configure, and deploy Salesforce.com solutions.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.

- Work extensively with Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Stay current with Salesforce technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of solutions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage small teams, mentor junior developers, and drive technical decisions.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Salesforce certification(s) are a plus
