We are seeking a technically strong Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce applications.

The role requires deep proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API integrations, and a solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business, product, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Core Responsibilities :

Salesforce Solution Design & Development :

- Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

- Translate functional and business requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.

- Implement reusable, modular, and optimized code with a focus on performance, maintainability, and scalability.

Platform Configuration & Architecture :

- Utilize Salesforce declarative capabilities such as Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and Page Layouts.

- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

- Ensure platform configuration adheres to governance, data modeling, and security standards.

Integrations & API Development :

- Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, external services, and third-party platforms.

- Implement secure authentication mechanisms and ensure consistency and reliability of data exchanges.

- Troubleshoot integration failures and optimize API performance.

Quality Assurance & Deployment :

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and ensure flawless releases.

- Use CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and sandbox environments for seamless deployments.

Operational Support & Optimization :

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system limitations.

- Monitor platform health, storage, and governor limits to maintain system stability.

- Continuously improve existing features by optimizing performance and enhancing user experience.

Must-Have Technical Skills :

- Strong, hands-on development experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and architecture.

- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and third-party system connectivity.

- Strong problem-solving analytical capability with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

- Good command over SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous Apex (Batch, Future, Queueable), and error-handling frameworks
