Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Role Overview :

Join our team as a Salesforce Developer, where you will play a vital role in the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions.

We are seeking a talented individual with expertise in Salesforce development, including Visualforce Pages, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within Salesforce.

- Define application architecture and design high-level design artifacts to guide the development process.

- Deliver high-quality code deliverables for Salesforce modules, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Lead validation for all types of testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Support implementation, transition, and warranty activities, providing technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

- Foster a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

- Utilize Salesforce development basics to design and develop custom solutions using Visualforce Pages, Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Leverage Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and streamline workflows.

- Work extensively in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, customizing and configuring Salesforce to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile working model, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Stay updated on Salesforce technologies and trends, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.

- Experience or knowledge of Vlocity and Omnistudio would be beneficial for certain projects.

- Obtain and maintain Salesforce certifications to demonstrate proficiency and expertise in Salesforce development.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum 3.5+ years of experience with Salesforce development, with a strong foundation in Salesforce basics.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Visualforce Pages, Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with experience customizing and configuring Salesforce to meet business requirements.

- Familiarity with agile working methodologies and experience working in agile development teams.

- Ability to conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Developer is required.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
