Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. This role requires a strong technical background in Salesforce development, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Development : Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. This includes custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Aura & Lightning Components, Web Services, and API.

- Automation & Configuration : Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows, Workflows, Formulas, Assignment Rules, and Email Alerts. Provide expert recommendations on when to use configuration vs. code.

- Support & Maintenance : Provide application support by analyzing, replicating, and fixing defects. You will be responsible for providing a detailed root cause analysis and troubleshooting functional and performance related issues.

- Development Lifecycle : Participate in all phases of the development workstream, from design to testing and deployment. You will assist in estimating work effort and setting realistic project schedules.

- Code Quality : Participate in peer code reviews and unit testing to ensure high-quality code. You will also perform complex bug fixes and refactor legacy code to drive quality improvements.

- Deployment & Collaboration : Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new applications and code. You will work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business, product, and global IT teams.

- Data Management : Implement complex data migrations and work with tools like Data Loader and databases using SQL and SOQL.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, AppExchange solutions).

- Sound knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and governor limits.

- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Git, and version control systems is a plus.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications are desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
