Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Role Overview :

- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rules

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs

- Work on Salesforce automation features like Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes

- Participate in full software development lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment)

- Assist in data migration, sandbox management, and release deployments

- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices

- Debug and resolve technical issues and ensure platform performance and security

- Collaborate with product managers, admins, and other developers

Skills Required :

- Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, CRM concepts, and data model

- Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript

- Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components

- Basic understanding of integration techniques (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and team collaboration

Eligibility :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Candidates with Salesforce training, certifications, or academic projects will be preferred

- Salesforce Certification (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I) is a plus

Good to Have :

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce AppExchange apps

- Experience with Salesforce Sandbox and Deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, etc.)
