About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and integration.

The ideal candidate should hold an active Salesforce certification and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, ensuring the Salesforce platform supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

- Configure Salesforce features including workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and security controls.

- Develop and integrate APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and admins to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.

- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and participate in system integration and UAT.

- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications.

- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II (must).

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous programming.

- Solid experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and middleware.

- Experience with Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits.

- Proficiency in Agile methodology, version control (Git), and CI/CD tools.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud.

- Exposure to DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset.

- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.

- Familiarity with AppExchange applications.
