Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flow, and other platform tools.

- Collaborate with administrators, fellow developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and end-to-end testing to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

- Occasionally contribute to DevOps activities, including the maintenance and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

- Engage in architectural discussions, environmental planning, and performance optimization initiatives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments.

- Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.

- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

- Research and evaluate emerging Salesforce features, DevOps tools, and automation strategies to drive innovation and efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards across all environments.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

- 1 to 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Visualforce, and Flows.

- Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce applications and integrations.
