About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications to meet business needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, admins, and other developers to build scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and manage Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.

- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

- Work with Salesforce administrators to configure and enhance platform functionality.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system errors.

- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (2+ years).

- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura).

- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), SOQL, and SOSL.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.

- Familiarity with Salesforce security model, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control (Git).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (Jenkins, Copado, GitHub Actions, etc.).

- Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
