We are seeking a highly skilled and well-rounded Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations, as well as a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and security. This role requires both technical development skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.

- Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and page layouts.

- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce solutions for performance and scalability.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security best practices, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and data sharing models.

- Collaborate with Admins, Business Analysts, Architects, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

- Write and maintain technical documentation for customizations and integrations.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and platform innovations to recommend enhancements.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative configuration.

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar).

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
