About the Role :

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 2- 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in Sales Cloud, Lightning framework, Apex programming, and automation tools, and must have the ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on expertise in SFDC Sales Cloud & Lightning

- Strong experience with Workflows, Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Process

- Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers), Visualforce, Batch & Schedule Apex

- Knowledge of Lightning Components (Aura) & Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (preferred)

- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance in Salesforce applications

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations

- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs

- Implement automation using Flows, Workflows, and Process Builder

- Build Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and LWCs to enhance Salesforce capabilities

- Ensure data integrity, performance tuning, and compliance with Salesforce best practices

- Provide support, bug fixes, and enhancements to existing Salesforce solutions

Requirements :

- 2- 4 years of Salesforce development experience

- Salesforce Developer / Platform Developer I certification preferred

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
