Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization, with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, Admin configuration, and REST API integration.

You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development :

- Design and develop solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes.

- Implement Flows and other declarative tools to automate business processes.

Platform Configuration :

- Perform admin configurations such as custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.

- Customize and enhance Salesforce functionalities to align with business needs.

Integration :

- Develop and manage REST API integrations with external systems.

- Ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability through integration tools.

Troubleshooting And Support :

- Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations.

- Provide technical support and guidance to users.

Testing And Deployment :

- Perform unit testing and participate in system testing.

- Deploy solutions following best practices and ensure minimal disruption to business processes.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Proficiency in :

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs)

- Flows and declarative tools

- Salesforce Admin configuration (custom objects, workflows, validation rules, etc.

- REST API Integration

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and security.

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for development and deployment.

- Salesforce certifications (e., Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
