Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions to meet our evolving business needs. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our sales, service, and marketing teams, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies to address specific business requirements.

- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices to ensure long-term platform stability.

- Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs to create seamless data flow and process automation.

- Write and execute unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of code, minimizing defects and maximizing system performance.

- Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to coding standards, promoting knowledge sharing and code consistency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce development processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.

- Manage and maintain Salesforce security settings and user access to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with security policies.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies, such as REST and SOAP APIs.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools for automated deployment and testing.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Hyderabad.
