Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations. The role will involve developing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and Visualforce.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Work on Salesforce configuration, customization, and application development based on business requirements.

- Participate in end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enterprise-scale development projects.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams on solution design and implementation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Salesforce applications and integrations.

- Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance improvements.

- Develop unit tests and ensure Salesforce solutions meet quality and deployment standards.

- Maintain technical documentation covering application design, integrations, configurations, and technical processes.

- Work effectively within an Agile development environment and contribute to sprint planning, development, testing, and delivery.

- Use Git and established deployment processes to manage Salesforce code and releases.

- Contribute to technical discussions and recommend appropriate Salesforce solutions for complex business requirements.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of strong hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Visualforce.

- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.

- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs.

- Experience with Git and CI/CD-based Salesforce deployment processes.

- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working on large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in an Agile environment.

Required Certifications :

- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.

- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer.

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.

Good to Have :

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.

- Experience with Salesforce Connected Apps.

- Experience working in complex integrated Salesforce environments.

- Strong creativity and critical-thinking skills.
