We are specifically looking for candidates with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development and the ability to design and deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade applications. The role involves working on modern CRM solutions with a focus on performance, integration, and innovation.

Key Skills (Must Have) :

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura

- Mandatory experience with Second Generation Managed Packages (2GP), including development and deployment

- Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and external services

- Working knowledge of Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines

- Good understanding of Salesforce security architecture and AppExchange Security Review processes

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Salesforce Einstein AI and Data Cloud

- Experience with automation frameworks and AI-driven CRM solutions

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Technical Expertise :

- 6+ years of Salesforce platform development experience.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Managed Packages and 2GP packaging model.

- Experience preparing applications for Salesforce AppExchange Security Review.

- Strong expertise in :

a. Apex

b. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

c. Aura Framework

d. Salesforce APIs and integrations

e. Salesforce DX (SFDX) and scratch org development

f. Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, and governance frameworks.

AI & Emerging Platform Capabilities (Preferred) :

- Exposure to Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities.

- Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and AI-driven customer insights.

- Experience implementing automation frameworks and intelligent workflows.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and DevOps automation.
