Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development, integrations, and platform best practices, and will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce

- Customize Salesforce applications, objects, workflows, validation rules, and security settings

- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools

- Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and triggers

- Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure scalability

- Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements

- Perform code reviews and follow Salesforce best practices

- Manage deployments using change sets, Salesforce DX, or CI/CD pipelines

- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and system issues

- Maintain documentation for solutions and technical designs

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience

- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL

- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Experience with Salesforce data models and security architecture

- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and external systems

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies

- Experience with version control tools (Git preferred)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications such as :

1. Salesforce Platform Developer I or II

2. Salesforce Administrator

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud

- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and web development standards

- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

- Exposure to multi-org environments and large-scale implementations
