Job Overview :

We are hiring a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with over 6 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning, and integrations, and should be capable of handling end-to-end Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

- Develop and maintain custom objects, triggers, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.

- Optimize and troubleshoot existing code and processes to improve performance and scalability.

- Provide technical support and guidance to functional teams and end users.

- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform updates.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.

- Experience with Salesforce data migration using tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL tools.

- Knowledge of Salesforce integration with external systems.

- Good understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, ANT, Copado).

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.

- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
