Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with 35 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud. This is a hybrid role, requiring a commitment to working on-site for two days a week. You will be a key member of our development workstreams, contributing from design through deployment, and will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and success of our Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Development : Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. This includes custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Aura & Lightning Components, Web Services, and API.

- Automation & Configuration : Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows, Workflows, Formulas, Assignment Rules, and Email Alerts. Provide expert recommendations on when to use configuration vs. code.

- Support & Maintenance : Provide application support by analyzing, replicating, and fixing defects. You will be responsible for providing a detailed root cause analysis and troubleshooting functional and performance-related issues.

- Development Lifecycle : Participate in all phases of the development workstream, from design to testing and deployment. You will assist in estimating work effort and setting realistic project schedules.

- Code Quality : Participate in peer code reviews and unit testing to ensure high-quality code. You will also perform complex bug fixes and refactor legacy code to drive quality improvements.

- Deployment & Collaboration : Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new applications and code. You will work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business, product, and global IT teams.

- Data Management : Implement complex data migrations and work with tools like Data Loader and databases using SQL and SOQL.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 35 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong experience and knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud processes and capabilities.

- Expertise in Salesforce development languages and tools, including Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and Integration.

- Proficiency with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows.

- Experience with multi-org and multi-currency Salesforce implementations.

- Hands-on experience with Data Loader, Relational Databases, SQL, and SOQL.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado and Jira.
