We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer who can lead deployment activities for a large, multi-project team, coordinate with client stakeholders, and ensure high-quality, secure Salesforce application delivery.

This role will own end-to-end deployment processes, enforce coding and security standards, and oversee application security scans using tools like Veracode.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce development, deployment automation using Azure DevOps, and best practices in code quality and application security.

Required Qualifications :

- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs)

- Proven experience in leading Salesforce deployments for enterprise-scale projects.

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (similar tools) for CI/CD pipelines, build, and release management.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, configuration, and packaging.

- Experience with static code analysis tools (Salesforce Code Analyzer).

- Integrate and manage application security scans using Veracode / IBM Appscan, or similar).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and coordination skills for working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Salesforce DevOps Center experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.

- Knowledge of secure coding practices in Salesforce.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to large-scale, multi-org Salesforce implementations.
