Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC

Job Description :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce FSL Developer to join our growing team in an onsite setting at our Gurugram or Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce custom development, with a particular focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL). You will play a key role in designing and implementing solutions that enhance our field service operations, while ensuring high-quality, scalable Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement customized solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- Design and build robust solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and understand requirements.

- Configure and optimize FSL components such as service appointments, work orders, scheduling policies, and service resources.

- Integrate Salesforce FSL with other systems and third-party tools as required.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FSL configurations and custom code.

- Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices, conducting code reviews, and writing unit tests.

- Maintain documentation related to solution designs, configurations, and customizations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- Strong expertise in Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Proven experience with custom Salesforce development, including triggers, classes, and batch processes.

- Understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, and integration patterns.

- Ability to work effectively in an onsite team environment.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Preferred).

Nice to Have :

- Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant Certification.

- Experience with Salesforce Mobile Publisher or offline FSL features.

- Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs, integration tools, or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).

- Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices using tools like Git, Jenkins, etc.
