Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning, and LWC to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions and integrating complex enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical abilities, and the capability to deliver innovative solutions in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Components, and LWC.

- Architect and build large-scale, enterprise-grade applications leveraging Salesforce best practices.

- Develop custom functionalities that address complex business requirements across various Salesforce clouds.

Integrations & Data Management :

- Build and maintain RESTful API integrations with external systems using platform APIs.

- Work with Salesforce Service Cloud, including custom integrations and omnichannel implementations (chat, email, phone).

- Handle large data volumes, ensuring efficient data migration, performance tuning, and scalability.

Technical Architecture & Problem-Solving :

- Deeply understand Salesforce capabilities to design solutions that align with business goals.

- Recommend optimal technical approaches to address complex challenges.

- Contribute to architectural decisions for large-scale Salesforce applications.

UI & Front-End Development :

- Utilize UI/JavaScript frameworks to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces integrated with Salesforce.

- Develop and maintain Lightning components with strong UI/UX focus.

Cloud & Database Expertise :

- Work with Amazon Connect and CTI integrations to support contact-center capabilities.

- Demonstrate strong understanding of both RDBMS and NoSQL databases for data management and integration.

Agile Delivery & Collaboration :

- Follow Agile methodologies and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical discussions.

- Maintain clear documentation, code quality, and participate in peer reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform.

- 3+ years of strong experience in Apex, Lightning, and LWC development.

- Experience building and integrating enterprise-scale applications.

- Proficiency in REST API development, integration principles, and data modeling.

- Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud, Omnichannel, and high-volume data handling.

- Understanding of Java / J2EE technologies (good to have).

- Strong knowledge of UI frameworks, JavaScript, and component-based architecture.

- Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with Amazon Connect / CTI integrations.

- Strong SDLC knowledge and hands-on experience working in Agile environments.
