Salesforce Developer - AMPscript

Job Title : Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) & Pardot Developer - Senior Level

Job Summary :

- Create and optimize email templates, journeys, and triggered campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and AMPscript

- Implement lead scoring, grading, and segmentation strategies in Pardot

- Integrate Pardot and SFMC with other Salesforce clouds and third-party tools as needed

- Write complex SQL queries for data segmentation, campaign targeting, and reporting

- Maintain and improve automated workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and customer engagement

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and data teams to deliver personalized, data-driven campaigns

- Ensure platform best practices, data hygiene, and compliance with CAN-SPAM/GDPR regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot

- Proficient in AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS for email development

- Deep understanding of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and email campaign

configuration

- Hands-on experience with Pardot Automation Rules, Engagement Studio, Lead Scoring, and

Grading

- Ability to integrate marketing platforms with Salesforce CRM and external systems

- Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Pardot Specialist/Consultant is

a plus
