About the Role :

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer / Administrator / Lead to design, configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce solutions across multiple business units.

This is a multi-level role open to professionals with 2 to 12 years of experience.

You will work on custom development, automation, integrations, security configuration, data management, and platform governance.

The level of responsibility naturally increases with experience, but the JD remains unified as one role.

Responsibilities :

Salesforce Custom Development :

- Design and develop custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers.

- Build scalable Apex classes, asynchronous jobs, batch processes, and reusable components.

- Customize Salesforce objects, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and UI flows.

Platform Administration & Configuration :

- Configure Salesforce using Flows, Process Builder, approval workflows, and automation tools.

- Manage dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business insights.

- Maintain data integrity, validation rules, sharing rules, and security configuration.

User Management & Security :

- Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, and field-level security.

- Implement authentication, authorization, governance, and multi-org security best practices.

- Ensure compliance with audit, data protection, and access control requirements.

Integration & API Management :

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, Webhooks, and middleware.

- Build and maintain API integrations, data sync mechanisms, and automated workflows.

- Troubleshoot integration failures and ensure data consistency across platforms.

DevOps & Release Management :

- Use DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, SFDX (Salesforce DX) for version control and deployments.

- Manage release pipelines, sandboxes, metadata migrations, and environment synchronization.

- Implement CI/CD workflows for Salesforce development and testing.

Data Management & Migration :

- Perform data imports/exports using Data Loader and other Salesforce data migration tools.

- Ensure high-quality data mapping, deduplication, backups, and data governance.

- Support cleansing, transformation, and large-volume data operations.

Documentation & Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Create and maintain technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and user guides.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements.

- Support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful deployments and enhancements.
