About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and certified Salesforce Engineer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to support development and customization on the Salesforce platform. The role requires a strong foundation in Salesforce along with backend development exposure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform

- Work on Apex, Lightning components, and integrations

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements

- Perform data modeling and ensure system scalability

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs

- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions

- Follow best practices for development and deployment

Required Certifications :

- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator

- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Apex, Lightning, SOQL)

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture

- Experience in backend development (Python)

- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working in hybrid or client-facing environments

- Exposure to Agile methodologies

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools
