We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, customization, and integration.

You will directly contribute to building scalable, high-impact cloud solutions across multiple domains including digital transformation, supply chain, logistics, sustainability, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components.

- Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, process builders, flows, page layouts, and validation rules.

- Develop scalable, reusable components and modules aligned with Salesforce standards and best practices.

Configuration & Platform Management :

- Participate in end-to-end Salesforce implementation including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Execute platform configurations - user roles, permissions, security settings, and automation rules.

- Ensure all changes comply with governance, coding standards, and CI/CD processes.

Integration & API Development :

- Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and integration frameworks.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data consistency across systems.

Quality Assurance & Deployment :

- Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality, bug-free code.

- Support release management: change sets, metadata deployment, packaging, and environment management.

- Collaborate with QA teams to support testing cycles and UAT.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve system performance and user experience.

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce administration.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and platform events.

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines
