Salesforce Developer

Job Description :

- Develop, configure, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.

- Act as the primary Salesforce Administrator, handling user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, and workflows.

- Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems (using APIs, middleware such as Mulesoft, Informatica, etc.).

- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, process builders, flows, and other declarative tools.

- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and deployment activities.

- Maintain data quality and integrity through audits and best practices.

- Provide user training, create documentation, and support end-user adoption.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT, to align Salesforce with business goals.

- Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and recommend improvements or innovations.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Salesforce Certification(s) - Administrator and at least one Developer certification (e.g., Platform Developer I/II).

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration.

- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and services.

- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Experience with deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Change Sets).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to tools like Jira, Git, or DevOps pipelines.

- Experience in a regulated or enterprise environment (Healthcare, Finance, etc.) is a plus.

- Familiarity with data migration tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or third-party ETL solutions.
