We are seeking a highly skilled and solution-driven Salesforce Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience, particularly in Sales/Service Cloud, MuleSoft integrations, and financial services workflows. You will be responsible for designing, customizing, and integrating Salesforce CRM systems to support our core business operations in the financial domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Platform Events, Flows, and Process Builders.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft (Any point Platform), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware components.

- Customize and configure Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management, Omni-channel routing, knowledge base, and email-to-case.

- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Design and implement secure and compliant solutions aligned with financial industry standards (e.g., audit logs, PII handling).

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment cycles using DevOps tools and best practices (e.g., Git, Copado, Bitbucket).

- Collaborate with integration and backend teams for cross-system data orchestration (e.g., Loan Origination System, Payment Gateways).

- Maintain proper documentation of technical designs and solution diagrams.

Required Skills :

- 3- 5 years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Platform Events Flows).

- Experience with MuleSoft Any point Platform for API design, integration, and deployment.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.

- Good understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, bulk operations, and performance tuning.

- Strong experience in RESTful and SOAP Web Services.

- Familiar with CI/CD tools, Git-based version control, and Agile development practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory); Platform Developer II or Service Cloud Consultant (preferred).

- MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 1 (preferred).

- Experience in the financial domain loan processing, merchant cash advance, banking, or fintech.

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Postman, VS Code, or Salesforce DX.

- Familiarity with data masking, data archival, or encryption solutions for Salesforce.

- Familiarity with marketing tools like Pardot or similar.

Education :

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
