Job Description :

How you will contribute :

- Ability to independently own and execute the tasks assigned while providing assistance to junior team members as required.

- Ensure high quality outputs incl. assuming responsibility for the work of junior team members.

- Analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirements and effectively communicate this to both Business and Functional analysts.

- Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements.

- Assess the impact on technical designs caused by changes in functional requirements.

- Optimize internal processes based on team requests, opportunity gaps, and business requirements.

- Design and implement scalable data models, build ERD diagrams.

- Build/configure ingestion, data modeling, segmentation, and activation within Salesforce Data Cloud and understand the various cloud platforms that Salesforce Data Cloud can integrate with.

- Employ best design standards while delivering an efficient solution.

- Conduct regular reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to align technical solutions with business goals.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development processes, architectures, and code.

Must have Skills :

- Experience in Salesforce Data Cloud or a similar data platform.

- Hands-on experience with all aspects of Salesforce Data Cloud such as data ingestion, data mapping, identity resolution, etc.

- Good knowledge of data modeling and SQL.

- Ability to establish data models, work with APIs, and configurations.

- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Ability to analyze and build automations, write code snippets using SSJS.

- Good understanding of file handling using CSV files.

- Strong technical problem-solving skills.

- Ability to assess the impacts on technical design due to changes in functional requirements.

- Conduct peer reviews, provide recommendations or identify issues, and collaborate well with the team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have Skills :

- Good understanding of data modelling concepts.

- Good knowledge on complex SQL, API handling.

- Experience/ knowledge on tools such as DB Weaver, Postman.

- Good understanding on the marketing concepts and overall flow in marketing automation space.

- Certified Accredited Professional in Salesforce Data Cloud.

- Certification on Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus.
