Experience Required : 8+ years Salesforce experience with minimum 2 Salesforce Data Cloud implementations

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.

The candidate should have strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge and hands-on experience delivering at least two end-to-end Data Cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.

- Configure data ingestion pipelines, data models, harmonized data views, identity resolution, and calculated insights.

- Integrate Data Cloud with Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.

- Optimize data mappings, segmentation, unification, and activation flows.

- Manage data security, compliance, and governance in Salesforce.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data solutions.

- Troubleshoot issues related to pipelines, identity matching, and customer profiles.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience.

- Experience delivering minimum 2 Data Cloud implementations end-to-end.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, APIs, and governance.

- Knowledge of CRM Analytics, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, or ETL tools is a plus
