- Proven experience in building dashboards, datasets, and lenses using Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM), and developing predictive insights using Einstein Discovery.

- Ability to apply machine learning insights from Einstein Discovery to enhance business processes within Salesforce.

- Strong experience in defining, designing, delivering, and deploying Salesforce-based technical solutions.

- Excellent Salesforce programming skills (Apex) and well-versed with the Salesforce Lightning framework Aura or preferably LWC.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong hands on expertise on salescloud ,with knowledge of CPQ.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions across the Salesforce platform.

- Lead the effort to document technical requirements, system architecture, and design for deployment and integration of the Salesforce.com solution.

- Knowledge of high-quality software engineering practices in an agile environment, including code standards, reviews, source control, CI/CD, and automated testing.

- Sound understanding of design patterns and their implementation.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management to gather requirements and present solutions.

- Capable of independently handling client communications and requirement gathering.

- Strong troubleshooting abilities across a variety of technologies and environments.

- Passion for technology and eagerness to explore emerging solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Clear thinking and articulation to effectively present and advocate for technical solutions.
