Role Overview :
As a Salesforce CRM Analytics Specialist, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights, empowering stakeholders across sales, marketing, and service teams to make data-driven decisions. Your day-to-day will involve designing, developing, and maintaining CRM Analytics dashboards and datasets, collaborating closely with business users to understand their needs and translate them into effective analytical solutions. You will work alongside data engineers, Salesforce administrators, and business analysts to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. Ultimately, your work will directly impact customer engagement, sales performance, and overall business growth by providing clear, concise, and insightful visualizations of key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop interactive CRM Analytics dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for CRM Analytics solutions.
- Build and maintain CRM Analytics datasets, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all dashboards and reports.
- Optimize CRM Analytics performance by identifying and resolving data bottlenecks and implementing efficient data processing techniques.
- Provide training and support to business users on how to effectively utilize CRM Analytics dashboards and reports to drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all CRM Analytics solutions, including data dictionaries, dashboard specifications, and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce CRM Analytics features and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to existing solutions.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).
- Proven ability to write complex SAQL queries to extract, transform, and load data into CRM Analytics datasets.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and principles, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data quality management.
- Expertise in writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
