Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM) and will be responsible for building dashboards, datasets, and advanced analytics to support critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop CRM Analytics dashboards, datasets, lenses, and recipes.

- Integrate data from Salesforce and external systems into CRM Analytics.

- Develop and optimize dataflows, ETL processes, and large data volume handling.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions.

- Ensure compliance with data security and sharing rules within CRM Analytics.

- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and performance optimization for analytics solutions.

- Stay updated with Salesforce CRM Analytics features, best practices, and releases.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-6 years of overall IT experience, with at least 2+ years in CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM).

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, SOQL, and security concepts.

Expertise in :

- Dataflows, Recipes, and Datasets

- SAQL and JSON customization

- Dashboard development

- Experience with external data integrations into CRM Analytics.

- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.

- Salesforce CRM Analytics Certification preferred.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with Tableau or other BI tools.

- Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or Salesforce development.

- Familiarity with data integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.).
