Job Overview :

Metacube Software is seeking a Salesforce CPQ Lead with over 8 years of total experience, including 6+ years specifically in Salesforce CPQ. This is a permanent remote opportunity where you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 to 10 Salesforce CPQ professionals. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with a strong background in solution design, implementation, and team management, capable of delivering tailored CPQ solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership : Mentor, manage, and guide a team of 5 to 10 Salesforce CPQ professionals, fostering their professional growth and ensuring project success.

- Solution Design : Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring they are tailored to meet complex client requirements.

- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for CPQ projects.

- Configuration : Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce CPQ applications, including advanced pricing rules, product bundles, and quote templates.

- Integration : Manage the integration of Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce products and various third-party applications to create a seamless ecosystem.

- Testing : Oversee all testing processes to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of CPQ solutions.

- Training : Provide training and support to end-users and administrators to ensure they can effectively utilize the CPQ platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 8+ years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ.

- Leadership : Strong team management, mentorship, and communication skills.

- Technical Skills : Deep proficiency in Salesforce configuration, CPQ functionalities, and best practices.

- Certifications : A Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is a significant plus.

- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset for solution design.
