Job Title : Salesforce CPQ Developer / Lead

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer / Lead with strong hands-on expertise in CPQ and Billing solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations while collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions

- Lead full-cycle CPQ implementations including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment

- Configure Salesforce CPQ Cloud features such as quoting processes, pricing, bundles, rules, and workflows

- Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approvals, reports, dashboards, and Lightning UI

- Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Lightning components

- Conduct gap analysis and prepare As-Is and To-Be process documentation

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and architecture standards

- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve complex business and technical challenges

- Lead and mentor distributed teams, overseeing solution design and development

- Engage with clients to understand business needs and provide optimal CPQ solutions

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ projects.

- Salesforce CPQ certification and Salesforce Developer certification (mandatory).

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions.

- Experience delivering 13 full-cycle CPQ and Billing implementations.

- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ Cloud including pricing, bundles, product rules, and workflows.

- Strong experience in Apex development, custom application development, LWC, and Lightning Experience.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.

- Experience working on complex integrations and enterprise-level implementations.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact effectively with clients.

Good to Have :

- Experience with upstream and downstream systems such as MDM, Order Management, Billing, Invoicing, and Booking.

- Prior experience in direct client-facing roles.

- Leadership experience in guiding offshore/onshore teams.
