Job Title : CPQ / Conga-Apttus RLP Developer

Shift : 2 PM 11 PM IST

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced CPQ / Conga-Apttus RLP Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade CPQ solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Conga-Apttus CPQ, Salesforce, and integration technologies, with hands-on experience in building scalable and efficient pricing, quoting, and revenue lifecycle management solutions.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Conga-Apttus CPQ and Revenue Lifecycle Platform (RLP).

- Build and customize Callbacks, Pricing Rules, Product Configurations, and Workflows in Conga CPQ.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CPQ/RLP solutions.

- Integrate CPQ with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

- Ensure seamless deployments using CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins and Git.

- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize CPQ configurations for performance.

- Implement and maintain best practices for coding, configuration, and solution design.

- Provide production support and resolve critical issues within SLAs.

- Document technical specifications, architecture, and process flows.

- Stay updated with latest Conga CPQ and RLP capabilities to recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 2 - 8 years of experience as a CPQ Developer, with at least 1+ year (or 2 projects) in Conga-Apttus CPQ & Callbacks.

- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, data models, and declarative capabilities.

- Solid understanding of API integrations (REST and SOAP).

- Hands-on experience with AngularJS.

- NET, and Microsoft Dynamics integration.

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) and version control best practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional agile teams.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- Conga-Apttus 201 CPQ Certification (mandatory).
